There is a couple of good stores. The best selection is "the Outpost" in downtown off of 8th street. They have a large selection in the basement, although pricy. Another option is "Kayak Kayak" on Douglass Ave (see website) When I was looking last year the owner was really friendly and helpful. A third option is Reliable Sports on the corner of River and 11th street. Those would be the three stores I would look at in Holland with my favorite being Kayak Kayak. If they want the cheapest option, Big Box stores would probably be their best bet. (aka Dicks sporting goods in the Rivertown Crossings Mall, but I haven't done comparison shopping)
