Dave,
This looks like a good set up. Just to be sure I get it - the perimeter line passes thru the hole in the boat, the toggle is secured by the perimeter line, and the bungie takes the slack out. Is that right? And as long as the toggle loop is long enough it won't twist your hand off in the event you have to hang onto the boat in surf? Thanks for the drawing!
