Skin-on-Frame: Gunwall angles and offset

This is my first skin on frame. The gunwalls are 8 feet. My zip tyes for my forms are not holding well and the gunwalls are pulling off the forms at bow and stern by about 1/2 inch. Do you have the same probblem on longer kayaks, and how do you get around it? Additionaly one gunwall looks flush in the stern but offset by about 1/2 inch at the bow, is this from uneaven bending? How do I fix this?

Thanks,
Sage
