Today I rapped the expedition single in black plastic and put on the roof for about 3.5 hours. took it down and did the wedge into fitting that you suggested(I cut the wedges and fittings when the deck was on the roof)and it worked great with hot met glue. I now have it all together and ready to glass the inside. Thanks for the great help glen and all who helped..
