Hi Frank,
Bill's method sounds good that way. With bulkheads, you could sheer clamp from the bulkheads to the ends, they won't interfere with cargo. Fillet and tape in the cockpit area eliminates the catching the knees problem.

I'll probably 'steal' the idea when I get my garage cleared for my Shooting Star.
