Even though it sounds really strange, rolling with a foam roller cover and tipping off with a foam brush works almost as well and has virtually zero clean up afterwards :)

I just hate cleaning up spray equipment, don't use it very often anymore because of that. Also don't have my spray booth anymore (good excuse ).
