good luck trying to
: fit a pump or solid paddlefloat or anything bulky under decklines rigged
: with toggles!

Here's how I solved the problem- I took a piece of bungee and tied it, then I slip it under the poly deck lines, and slip the pump through the bungee loop that sticks up.
