hi there

after months of thinking and reading, i bought almost all i think i need to start building my own kayak. i´ll make the first test, with three plywood (2,20m x 1,80m) to build a greenland model and that´s my doubt: what´s the best joint for a s&g model?

i had an idea: to join three plywood cutting the edges of two of them. in the end, i would have two plywood with 2m x 1,80m and use these in both sides of the 2,20m x 1,80m. and to join the three the epoxy resin would do the job.

in the end, one unique piece of 6,20m x 1,80m.

it´s an idea. what do you think about it?
