When you use "hooks" to attach the pulleys to the wall, make certian the hooks are set into the wall studs or you will be doing some drywall repair. Also, in order to strengthen your body in a balanced manner, you can face the opposite direction to what you were in order to reverse the forces you work against. This exercises your body in the most complete manner so that you enhance the chances that you will get yourself back into the best health that is possible. It's like simulating back paddling.
