Found the manufacturer! It's a Waters Dancing Tandem river kayak from the early 1970's. Fir hull and mahogany deck. He said it needs a skeg for long straights, as it has so much rocker. Will probably have to reverse engineer it as it is very rotten. Kind of like a resto rod for kayakers! R
