If you want easy, do what I do and have someone cut the parts on a CNC machine.
The fabric wheel should work, or you could poke holes with an awl and then bend a spline around the marks.
I will admit, that the shapes are pretty fine and it will not be that easy, but it saves the cost of a kit to cut it yourself.
The delicate tips are bound to break. Don't worry about this too much as you will want to cut of the tip of the bow and stern anyway before you finish glassing.
