Well you have to create them. It's been a long time since I imported one from Hulls but if I remember correctly there isn't a deck. So you will want to pick the control lines along the sheer and use the extrude tool under the Edge menu. You can create the deck then start altering it like you want.
If you have problems email me your file and I figure it out. Then send it back to you and explain what I did.
