I appreciate the responses. I think I'll do the glass on both sides of the bulkhead. The setup may still weigh less than even Keepers foot braces. And, I think I'll add some glass to the rear bulkhead, too, as I may do a custom carved seat, with the back butted to the bulkhead.

: foam blocks against the front bulkhead. Is that 4mm glassed-in bulkhead
: strong enough to take the pressure? If not, how about with a stiffener
