Based on Tom Yost's Sea Ranger and Sea Rider boats. Neither quite fit what I wanted so I used those two designs and after several versions here is what I have come up with. All the technical stuff looks good. Drag was surprisingly low, but I am not a fast paddler so that is not a major design goal for me.
So give me your thoughts and suggestions. I will start by saying the cockpit looks tall. I want to mock it up and try it. I do want to be able to enter butt first and still get my legs in. Something I can not do with my Ocean Cockpit obviously. I could raise the sheer slightly and that would make the cockpit look shorter and I don't think it would hurt the lines of the boat either.
