I agree with Aaron's assesment of the situation. On this shallow boat, your
legs will be resting against section 3 and the raised bottom of your section 3
will likely be very uncomfortable .
A new section 3 using the correct offsets would be the best solution.
I sometimes place a small Thermarest self-inflating cushion on section 3
(front of coaming) on larger coaming boats like on the Sea Otter... Tom
