Strip: rolling bevel: first stripper => gaps inside hull

I am building a Guillemot 17, and have completed stripping the hull with 1/4" x 5/8" western red cedar. I enjoyed using my block planes so much that I over-beveled many of the hull strips. From the outside, the hull looks good. Inside the hull, gaps of 1/32" or greater exist, especially on the tight radius of the chine.

I would like to fill the entire hull interior with a good bonding filler, such as epoxy and wood flour (dookie schmutz) to re-gain the wood's structural integrity. I am not overly concerned about the interior aesthetics.

I am building the Guillemot for use on rivers up to class II, so I am very interested in a strong hull. Perhaps I will use kevlar in the hull interior for the occasional rock impact.

I would appreciate any advice regarding fillers and techniques.

Thanks
Chris
