Epoxy: How big of a problem do I have?

I am building a CLC kit Arctic Hawk. The directions call for glassing the interior of all the panels then building the hull and glassing the exterior. So I am trying to follow the directions, I have glassed the interior of the deck with 2 oz cloth, and it looks milky in places. Do I have to sand it all off and start over. All I am interested in is the structural strength the way it looks is not a big issue because few will see it. However, I want do figure out what I did wrong. I mixed using the pumps supplied in the kit, not sure if I mixed the two parts too much or too little. They looked OK in the cup and as I was applying the epoxy. The 2 oz was a whole different deal than the 4 oz I have done before, which all came out OK. Did I over work it and get air in the mixture? Could it be an issue of dew on the surface? I did the work at 11 pm and left it out on the driveway over night. Some of the glass that overhangs the wood looks milky as well and some of it is clear. Sure don't want the deck to collapse and also don't look forward to sand off all the glass. If I have to sand it all off what is the best method to use? Thanks all, I would show you a picture but no digital camera
