Epoxy: Cloth width & hardener type

My local supplier (Christchurch NZ)stocks West System 105 resin but not 207 hardener. He tells me a cler finish is assured without it. Your comments? He also only stocks cloth 1 metre (36 in)wide. Is it possible to drape and successfully conform cloth this narrow to a hull that measures 16 in from keel to sheer? Have other NZ forum members got suggestions about better suppliers or sources for fibre glassing supplies?
