Hi Carl,

Ok, finally my building plan is complete :)

Did a fairly major revision of the design and pretty much had to start over, but that's done. Wanted to get the stern up out of the water and flatten the sections aft to hopefully allow it to stear a little better. Also went with a pair of under hull rudders, since the bottom is flatter that works now.

I'm gonna borrow your idea of using ply for the center support, will make building a heck of alot easier and putting both sides back to back should keep everything straight until the epoxy sets up, though I'm using 1/4" and using birch since it's available. Using the same thing with lightening holes for the frames.

Now to get a new strong back built and buy wood :)
