Sue's 4,57 metre kayak is just over 10kg. Mine is 5 metres long, has bulkheads and hatches and is 13 kg.
Both seems to handle as intended. Sue's has very strong tracking and the addition of some rocker at the back of mine has made it a bit more agile.
