Other: Effect or Water Temp on speed

Anyone have any feelings about this? For a given kayak and a given power output, what is the effect of water temperature on speed? Lets discount the case of temperatures below 32F at which point speed tends to be either very fast or very slow depending on where you were when that temperature was reached.
