S&G: How much wrestling with plywood is normal?

I'm eyeing a flat spot on the hull's left stern side. Now that it is glassed, I'm afraid I'll be in for one hell of a fight when it's time to stitch it to the deck (today). So far, I have done all the stitching myself.

Anybody out there needed to get help from another person to join the deck and hull? Just what is "normal" anyway for effort to join deck and hull?
