In an attempt to fillet and tape the inside seam of the Guillemot, my dentist friend (and free help) came up with this idea. It is a 60cc syringe hot glued to inside corner/cove molding. A piece of scrap 3/4" pvc pipe and zip-strps allow for the movement of the plunger (in the syringe) allowing the epoxy to be placed as needed.

We also tapered a squeegee and attached it to a strip of wood (beveled at one end for proper angle to smooth) too slickout the ends. End result, fillet, tape, and wetout, within fractions of an inch to the bow and all the way to the end of the stern.

We used the syringe for the thickened epoxy, cleaned it out, then reused to wet out the tape. Also used a strip of wood with the points of a staple sticking out to place the tape. Tape was placed in the still tacky fillet and pulled right off the staple.
