Tools: Need Rabbit Plane

Hi folks.

I went to order a Rabbit (rabbet?) plane from Lee Valley/ Veritas Tools and they're backordered til JUNE. (my class is in May) I found a local supplier (in Grand Rapids, Mi.) who has a Stanly Bull Nosed Rabbit Plane. But I am unsure of the reviews on this plane.

Does anyone have recommendations for or against this plane?

Does anyone have another source I can look at for hand planes and nifty tools like that?
