The Razor Billed Auk is certainly not a traditional native boat but I thought I would give it a bit of an Inuit look by adding a salmon to its bow. I did the design on my computer printed it up on rice paper with an inkjet printer and glued it to the boat. I decided to lay it over the glass so that if the colors fade over time I can always sand it off and redo. It needs a couple more coats of epoxy.

Now I need to think about one for the deck. Maybe an eagle diving after the salmon.
