Announce: Second kayaker killed in VI this year

Good Evening All,

Bad news in the Virgin Islands. Another kayaker has been killed by a speedboat. I don't have the details on this one. That makes two this year, and five in the past two years. One recent incident involved two kayakers in separate singles paddling together fairly near shore. I am definately putting a flag on my yak, much like a buggy whip antenna. I'm just going to mount it to a board that will slip under my deck lines. This has been a plan of mine for a while, but now I think I'll move forward with it. Any other ideas are welcome. Of course there may be problems with rolling with this assembly, but we will soon see. I would like to know what any of you have come up with.

-Malcolm
