Epoxy: Chemical hazard ?

This is a question to the chemists out there:

This morning I was reading the news on the internet, and found this story:

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story2&cid=585&ncid=585&e=3&u=/nm/20030331/sc_nm/health_chemical_dc_1

Bisphenol A ? That sounds familiar, I thought, and dug up the MSDS for my System3 epoxy. And sure enough, part A of my resin contains the following:

HAZARDOUS COMPONENTS / AMOUNT
Diglycidyl Ether of Bisphenol A (DGEBPA) / > 70%

Now, most probably these are simply very different things with very similar names, right ? If not, I may have to get interested in SOF´s.

Thanks, Pascal

PS: About to cut the recess on my Endeavour. Did the deck with beveled strips instead of b+c, worked like a charm.
