Other: Help - what is this boat?

Can anyone identify this boat and the builder? I saved it from somewhere as a future project and didn't record the information. I've loaded the pic at photoisland.com. The user name is maturekayaker@hotmail.com and the password is kayak (what else?) Thanks in advance.
