Well, there you go, Charles!
The deck doesn't look peaked like it did in my head... I pictured a taller peak and a flatter angle on the sides, but I'm sure glad that this part is mostly done! (Next time I guess that I'd try to figure out the equivalent of deadrise in the deck and make a form or two...)

And then, the colors aren't coming out really well in these shots - I'll have to monkey with my camera and see if I can't get at least one shot to come out right! But, that is just like making the 'yak, eh? Trial and error!

Speaking of which, you'll note that the big errors aren't pictured here :) And they don't exist either 'cause, as Kurt wrote, "it isn't a goof-up until it leaves the shop." What big errors, you might ask, could there possibly be? I'm quite sure that I don't know what you're talking about, I might answer!

She is, as I said earlier, going to be a bit on the heavy side... In fact, she's already up to (gasp!) 45 pounds and I've still got a lot of weight to add (tape and fill coats outside, tape and resin of deck to hull, outfitting). I think that I'll live :) But my next boat will be lighter :)
