S&G: Seat-Back Hanger (?)

I need a quick cheap solution! I'm going to launch my latest effort this weekend, and I need to figure out how to rig the seat back so that it can be moved to the alternate position. I designed this yak to be used by a parent and one or two kids, and the adult seat has two positions, depending on who else is in the boat. The cockpit has a simple 1/4" thick coaming that extends above and below the deck. Maybe a clevis pin epoxied into the coaming just below the deck, with a grommet installed into the back band? I don't want to get hung up on these when they're not in use. I suspect someone's got a better idea! Thanks! Steve
