Hey Andrew,

That depends. Which boat are you building? If your building the Guillemot, (I'm assuming - thats something that should never be done) the "0" point on the offsets should line up with the side of the form that lines up with the 9' mark on the strongback. That is -- the side of the form that lines up with the 9' mark measuring from the bow.
