Well, I'm back at it on the endeavor kayak. I sliced my finger and thumb pretty good with that dozuki saw. I was cutting off strips at the stem and the saw jumped and came down across my thumb and finger. Immediately my eyes sent a message to my brain and told me what was happening. But my arm had so much enthusiasm that it had to bring the saw up and down once more before being overruled by the brain and convinced that the best idea was to throw the saw down.
Luckily this beautiful tool cut such a thin kerf in my finger that a band aid held the flap down without stitches. It was like a razor cut. No tear out! Nothing like a beautiful tool doing precision work.
