Epoxy: Fiberglassing

I'm getting ready to glass my Night Heron in an uninsulated woodshop in VT, heated by a woodstove. I glassed a stitch and glue a couple of winters ago in another woodshop that was kept at 50 degrees. I used System 3 with the fast hardener, and didn't heat the boat up, so put the room temp. epoxy on a cold boat, and ended up doing a lot more sanding than necessary. This time around, I'll probably put a couple of electric cube heaters under the boat, and get the ambient temperature up with the woodstove-hopefully to around 60 degrees. The temperature will probably be a bit uneven-warmer near the stove, etc. Any suggestions for an epoxy/hardener combination that might fit the bill?

Thanks,
Ann
