Other: Fiberglass seats -- the how to questions?

Hi
Shawn built a Fiberglass seat which was a lengthy process requiring an initial mold, a negative mold and a finished mold. I wonder if anyone has come up with a way to do it with one mold, if it would work better for rolling with a very low back support and a strap support and how far it should extend under your thighs for support. I've tried his and it was quite nice so want to buiild one but want to cut out a couple of steps if possible and improve upon it if possible.
thanks
don
