: Finally split the deck from the hull. When this was completed it was noticed
: that there are 3 or 4 small areas (1/2 inch spots) where the fiberglass
: and epoxy are not connected to the wood. It apears that the wax paper was
: in the way in 2 spots and the others appear to be a result of the glass
: being bunched up.

options:
A) Ignore it. This is not really a good option, but it is an option. If the spots are small enogh, you won't be able to tell the difference
B) cut/drill a small hole through the glass, and inject some epoxy into the gap. This will protect the wood, somewhat protect the glass, and is really easy. (may not work where the wax paper is though)
C) (my recomendataion) sand off the glass, feather the sourounding glass, and create a patch with about a one inch overlap all around (glass has a 50:1 shear bond strength, and is about .5mm thick) Glass patch like normal, feather when green and continue like normal. shouldn't take more than a couple of hours at most. the "repairs" will be real hard to seen and could be good practice for later.
