I wonder if doing a seal-coat before glassing would help fill the tiny ridge along the edge of the veneer? By the way, I thought your "zodiac" boat was one of the coolest on the beach and I have shots of it on my site. I'll look forward to seeing the new one at R2K3... I'll leave the magnifying glass at home this time
