Announce: R2K3 Preferred Dates - help please *LINK* *Pic*

I am trying to set the final dates for R2K3 and need your input as to the best dates for everyone this year.
The choices are between the 2nd (8-10) and 3rd (15-17)weekend of August.
The event has been held on the 3rd weekend for the last four years. However, I am leaning towards the 2nd weekend this year as I have commitments on the 3rd weekend that will be hard to break.
I will finalize the date by the 22nd of this month.
Any and all input would be greatly appreciated - you can post your preferences here or shoot me an e-mail.
