I'm about ready to start planing the hull on the Guillemot L that I've started. (You can put more beverages in the "L" model.)

I've read that I need a spokeshave to get in the spaces that you can't get in with a block plane. Since I've started looking for spokeshaves, I've found convex, concave, flat soled, round soled, etc.

If I want just one spokeshave, which one should I get? By the way, I'm also planning on using spokeshave for building a paddle.
