OK - I tried posting my first picture through PictureStage, following Rehd's instructions. No joy. Sometimes it appears, sometimes not. Seems very unreliable. What am I doing wrong???

Actually, I varied a bit from Rehd's instructions. When I use the "Link for Web Page" link, all that comes up in the "Preview Message" is a thumbnail version of the pic. At PictureStage, I can view the pic full size by the "View Original" link, then by right-clicking to "Properties" I can get an URL to cut and paste into the KBBB image field. Then it appears properly in the preview, full size. Only problem is - once the message is posted, I get the red X most of the time. Occasionally, the pic appears.

There must be a better way (short of placing pics on my own web-page). What am I missing?
