Strip: Storm SLT, LT or Reg size?

About to finish my Pygmy Coho, and looking for a spring project. The S&G Coho was my first, now ready to try strip for boat#2. I would like to build the next boat mainly for my daughter (zero experience), age15, 100lbs. Paddling would be almost all backwater rivers/lakes, etc. And I have a 10yr daughter too.
Guess I just talked myself into building a smaller Storm, but I would like good tracking, don't want them fighting rocker too much.
Any comments or input regarding Storm LT or SLT's? I have not had the opportunity to try many boats like some of you. Thanks ahead of time.
