I would like to install a quick release cam for a tow rope behind the cockpit of my artic tern 14. I foresee a problem with the strap buckles holding the rear hatch down. It looks like the tow rope would catch the buckles. I feel more comfortable using a strap type hold down for the hatches as opposed to bungees or magnets. I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with this set up while performing a tow or what suggestions others would have. Thanks for any experience or input.
