Seeking: Minimal Regatta Boat Design

Hello all,

A bar on St. John (Of course it had to be a bar) is sponsoring a Minimal Regatta. You have to make and paddle a boat with the following supplies:

ONE Sheet of 4x8 plywood
TWO 2x4x8's
ONE Roll of duct tape
ONE pound of nails

NO EPOXY!!!! Gee whiz!!!

You are allowed to use latex paint as well.

Okay, who has any ideas? I am thinking about a nutshell pram of sorts and maybe use one of the 2x4x8's for a mast and use the duct tape to fashion a sail. Everyone else will most likely be paddling. Of course one 2x4 would go for a paddle just in case the ol' faithful Caribbean wind doesn't hold out. Any ideas? I'm also thinking about a windsurfer! I thought maybe you guys knew of a very very small piroque or canoe design. Maybe skin (duct tape) on frame??? Think outside the box here. Catamaran tied together with 2.4's? Hmmmmmmm...

Oh well, they are giving a prize for the fastest sinking boat, maybe I will win that.
