Material: Ash Trunk - What do I do?

I had to take down an Ash tree in our backyard. It was in the process of dying, and the tree specialists said that there was nothing to be done but put it out of its misery.

The limbs have been cut and stacked, but now I have a massive trunk, probably 12'X 26" diameter that has me, well, stumped. What do do with it? I could rent a bigger chain saw and turn it into firewood, but the thought that I might someday want to branch out and build a traditional SOF using this wood does have an appeal. It goes against the grain for me to not make a good and honorable use of this, but I don't want to waste my time barking up the wrong tree here. I suppose I could leaf it alone and wait for inspiration, but thought I'd seek some advice from this group. Besides, once it's gone, I'll be out of treemendous puns.

Advice?
