S&G: deck jig pics and new game plan *LINK*

I've posted a page showing the deck jig I made up to straighten out SWIFTWOOD's outriggers here:
http://temp.corvetteforum.net/c4/bcunningham//swiftwood/deck_jig.htm

The gameplan is to fillet and tape the keel. Install deckbeams where there are butt joints, the permanent beams would be screwed into the shearclamps, instead of resting beneath them. These will then be used for the hatch openings.

Full bulkheads will still go in where the crossbeams will connect.

The deck will then be fitted and screwed, or nailed, down but not permanently. Once fitted both the deck and the jig will be removed. The deck will be duplicated, so I can be sure that the other float matches after it is jacked with the same jig. The deck will then be reinstalled using the same holes, one screw at a time. As the hulls were stitched with the wire, I'm hoping this will be enough to re-jack the hull into shape, the deck acting as a new jig.

This will restore the floats back to original design weight.
