S&G: epoxy cure before finish??

I got the kit in October and I'm finally down to the last fill coat on the deck!! I will be ready to sand the kayak and apply the finish soon. My car can return to the garage soon -- at least until the bug bites for kayak #2.

How long should I let the epoxy cure before sealing?

I know temperature is a bit of a factor -- 60's here during the days and 40's at night with 100% humidity.

Also, I am using Interthane Clear 2-part for the finish. I used this before in green for an old fiberglass canoe -- it looks showroom new. The stuff is hard as nails. I draged the canoe over the edge of the dock with out thinking and the finish didn't even mark.

I would like to get the deck rigging on and paddle for a few weeks, but I don't really want to take it all back off to varnish the deck later.
