Hey Jeff,

From what I've seen on this BBS, there's nothing that can't be repaired or cut out and replaced on your yak. Is your boat S&G, stripper, or what, and have you ever used fiberglass and epoxy? If you could post a picture of the damage, it would be helpful. I'm sure someone will be glad to offer some advise on the repair. You've come to the right place for help! You should be getting some advice very soon.

I've only built one stripper and am trying to get started on the second one, a Guillemot L, so my experience is somewhat limited, but there's some VERY experienced people who frequent this board.

By the way, what part of Fl. are you located? I'm in Lake Butler.
