: How did you do the Star?
I did it in a cad program, printed two copies cut one copy up into pieces glued the paper to the diffrent woods, cut it with my pull saw touched them up with the belt sander. then glued the second copy on the deck, cut it also with the pull saw left it a little proud and sanded the cut out to fit the pieces on the star. then I used a round flapper wheel to form the hole. split the circle in half.
it worked well and fit tight.
