Seeking: Knee bracing.

Seasons greetings to all.
I am looking for information on adding knee braces to completed kayaks. I want to add an extreme hook after the coaming in on. Rolling my Cape Ann I have ripped out the foam bracing that I installed. Any suggestions or pointers would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Erich.
