Tools: What next?

Finishing up two S&Gs. I had most of the hand tools for these. Since I can rent a table saw and bandsaw at a local hobby shop, what 2-3 bench tools will be beneficial in building a stripper? Scroll saw, Belt/disc combo sander? A router in a home made table to me is a given to do the B&C on the strips. I've got a good 20-30 years to go and want something that will last that long in hobby use. Thanks
