Looks like Chris Cunningham's book has been further delayed. I checked my status for my book on order at Amazon and got the following messege:

"Items not yet shipped:
Delivery estimate: not yet available 1 of: Building the Greenland Kayak : A Manual for Its Contruction and Use"

The waiting game continues...
